Gretel Leutz
Gründerin des Moreno-Institut für Psychodrama, Soziometrie, Gruppenpsychotherapie in Überlingen am Bodensee. Sie wandte erstmals das Psychodrama in der Therapie von Menschen mit Psychosen an und war eine enge Mitarbeiterin von Jakob L. Moreno und Zerka T. Moreno. Grete Leutz ist eine der Mitgründerinnen der International Association of Group Psychotherapy, der sie von 1986 bis 1989 als Präsidentin vorstand.
Founder of the Moreno Institute for Psychodrama, Sociometry, Group Psychotherapy in Überlingen on Lake Constance. She first applied psychodrama in the therapy of people with psychoses and was a close collaborator of Jakob L. Moreno and Zerka T. Moreno. Grete Leutz is one of the co-founders of the International Association of Group Psychotherapy, which she chaired as president from 1986 to 1989.

Der kreative Zirkel
Moreno denkt in Prozessen und nie statisch. Die Frage ist: Welche Prozesse laufen gerade ab und wie diese kreativ aufgegriffen und gestaltet werden können. Moreno überwindet konsequent jedes statische Denken. Selbst dort, wo er danach fragt, in welcher Lage sich Menschen wiederfinden steht dahinter die Frage, welche Prozesse gerade ablaufen und wie diese kreativ aufgegriffen und gestaltet werden können. Innerhalb der Psychodramatheorie wurde dieses Prozessdenken unter der Überschrift des kreativen Zirkels zusammengefasst und weiterentwickelt. Inzwischen liegt hier ein ausdifferenziertes Modell vor, mit dessen Hilfe Prozesse verstanden, Prozessstörungen identifiziert und hilfreiche Interventionsstrategien geplant werden können. Im Vortrag wird die Bedeutung des Prozessdenkens in Zeiten komplexer Herausforderungen entwickelt. Angesichts unübersichtlicher Problemlagen ist nichts ist so entlastend für Fachkräfte in psychosozialen Arbeitsfeldern als zu wissen, wo in einem Entwicklungsprozess man sich befindet und wie man Prozesse professionell begleitet.
The Creative Circle
Moreno thinks in terms of processes and never statically. The question is: What processes are currently underway, and how can they be creatively addressed and shaped? Moreno consistently transcends static thinking. Even when he asks about the situation people find themselves in, the underlying question is what processes are currently taking place and how they can be creatively addressed and shaped. Within psychodrama theory, this process-oriented thinking has been summarized and further developed under the heading of the „creative circle.“ There is now a well-developed model that helps us understand processes, identify process disruptions, and plan helpful intervention strategies. The presentation explores the significance of process thinking in times of complex challenges. Faced with complex problem situations, there is nothing more reassuring for professionals in psychosocial fields than knowing where they are in a developmental process and how to professionally guide processes.

Vertiefung des Vortrags. Im Workshop wird der Grundgedanke des Vortrags wieder aufgegriffen und weitergeführt. Jetzt geht es darum für jeden Prozessschritt die erwartbaren Herausforderungen zu analysieren und korrespondierend dazu eine hilfreiche Leitungshaltung zu entwickeln. Diese werden in kleinen Szenen erprobt.
The Creative Circle
Workshop Deepening. Building upon the presentation’s core concept, this workshop revisits and extends the ideas presented. The focus now is to analyze the expected challenges for each step of the process and, in response, develop a helpful facilitation approach. These approaches will be tested in small scenes.
